Terms of Service

MarginPilot connects to your advertising and content accounts (currently Meta) and provides analytics, audits and AI-generated recommendations about their performance and profitability.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect the ad accounts and pages you connect.

Recommendations, scores and reports are generated by AI from your data. They are decision support, not financial, legal or investment advice, and may contain errors. You remain responsible for every change you make to your campaigns and budgets — including changes MarginPilot proposed and you approved.

New organizations receive a 14-day Growth trial; no card is required for the trial and it downgrades to the Free plan automatically. Paid plans bill through Stripe monthly (or annually where offered) until cancelled. AI features consume plan credits; unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly period, while purchased top-up credits are protected for 90 days.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

No attempts to access other organizations' data, probe or overload the service, resell it without permission, or use it for unlawful advertising. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your use of Meta, Google, Stripe and other connected platforms remains governed by their terms. Platform data reaching MarginPilot depends on those platforms' APIs remaining available; outages or API changes on their side are outside our control.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or advertising outcomes.

You can delete your organization at any time (Settings → Delete organization). We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
