You can permanently delete your MarginPilot organization and everything in it, yourself, at any time. This page documents exactly how — including for Meta App Review purposes.
1. Log in at marginpilot.ai and open Settings.
2. In the "Delete organization" section, click "Delete this organization…".
3. Type your organization's name to confirm, then click "Permanently delete everything".
This removes your organization and all associated data in one operation: connected ad accounts and their stored access tokens, campaigns, ad sets, ads and metrics, Facebook pages and synced posts, audits and insights, AI credit history, billing records, notifications and audit logs — and deletes the member user accounts. It cannot be undone.
If you can't access your account, email support@marginpilot.ai from the address on the account and request deletion. We verify ownership and complete it within 30 days, with confirmation.
Data obtained through Meta's APIs (ad performance, page posts, engagement metrics) is deleted in the same operation. Disconnecting Meta from the Ads page — without deleting the organization — immediately removes the stored access tokens and stops all further data collection.
Deleted data disappears from the live database immediately and expires from encrypted backups within 30 days. Backups are never used to restore deleted organizations.
